We have installed the latest computerised service support program which ensures that service calls are handled in the most professional manner. After placing the call it is automatically zoned and will even suggest a technician in the area. The service coordinators have at their disposal the complete service history to guide the technician to the solution and thereby keep downtime to a minimum.

Each Rowe Reprosystem supplied comes with a 10 year extended Meter cost Service guarantee. All of our technicians are fully trained and all have a high degree of field experience. Response time is important but more important is the machine's reliability. A very extensive preventative maintenance program ensures reliable, consistent performance. Currently average response times vary from one hour for urgent calls to four hours for normal service problems. An after hours service is also available. Our system allows very fast response to emergency calls.
